To be part of this group, you have to own an Unique Souvenir Skin, which must be a skin that is Souvenir and which exist in less that 5 exemplar in the world, for a specific exterior.

The list of those skins is in the discussion section.

If you currently have a souvenir skin which is in the list I made, you can apply to join this group. You also should add me so that I can quickly see if your skin is "valid" (= in the list) as a verification step if your profile is private or in friends only.

You will stay in the group even if you're selling or trading your skin some time after your admission.

Also, if you think that you have a skin, souvenir or not, which isn't mentionned but is still rare and unique, you should add me to your contact list so we can talk about that.
