hey guys, i emailed adscend, since you guys said they're responsible for my ban, but they told me you guys are no longer partnered. can you guys unban me or is there an additional step i need to follow?

i can load this on another browser but when i sign in, it still gives me the 502 error. i think i may have been ip banned

every time i try going on the site, it tells me theres a 502 server error. i cleared my cache, my history and everything. does this mean i've been banned from the site completely?
