Understood, I thought it worked cuz I got 1 GoCoin yesterday, wait 24hr, then try to withdraw 90% of my remaining and it failed.

Everytime I go to transfer GoCoins to Bitskins the reward redemption fails. I read the announcements / stickies. I dunno...

same my man, I was able to transfer 1 GoCoin one time but nothing else...

I have been banned from CSGO Handouts for 6 months now. I have tried on many attempts to follow the unban rules laid out by Surface but I can not get any response from the Service Partner responsible for my ban, Adgate. Is there anything I can do? Has anyone been able to get this resolved?

I have sent them numerous emails with no luck of any response. If anyone has got a response I would love to also know how they contacted Adgate. So sad....

I have sent them a note as well earlier this month 12/8 and have yet to get ANY response. Anyone else?
