Why is that screenshot from March 13th if I only recently told you to contact Trialpay?

They don't send that unless you contact them yourself. If you did the offer, you wouldn't need to contact them on March 13.

And I contacted them because they did not gave me my reward. They told me to send screenshots of the offer completion and then they manually verified my offer via support!
You told me to wait and now I have already waited for more than 1 month and I think that I'm not at the chargeback list because I completed the offer with legitim information. So since you got the proof, can you unhold my balance please?
