The VAC and Game Ban rule is an implementation towards several abusers in the past who have bought accounts with VAC or GameBans for cheap in order to abuse our offers and withdrawal system
Considering those circumstances, the owner was forced to block out these types of accounts. Furthermore, since steam does not specify which game the ban has occurred on, unless the user itself is logged in, the owner was incapable of setting up a system to block out CSGO bans specifically.
Thus, I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do about your ban! In the future I would highly suggest you read our FAQ page on site right below the chat, since the restriction is listed there, and the site will also not allow your account to be able to chat! By reading FAQ it will allow you to prevent wasting time on adding your referral link to your profile in the near future, as well as preventing you from wasting time on any other earn website that has restrictions in place
Cheers!
