OK, it has been about 15 days since I completed Casino deals 24 offer, it took trialpay a few days to confirm it, they sent out the credits about 13 days ago, and there is nothing else they can do and they told me to contact you. I also recommend updating the support or deleting/changing that "support" email, because i waited about 11 days before figuring that you had to do this in the steam group.
