It's not specifically survey abusing. It's just an automated site ban that can either be manual, or due to previous abusing or from a survey provider for chargebacks (false info/vpn usage on surveys, etc). There's a pinned discussion labelled "Request for Site and Chat unbans here" - read the thread and post your 64id for further information.

I have the same problem I have been banned for like 1 year, and I used the site a lot, I got banned too, but didn't do anything at all, my id -76561198147934497

I wrote to the csgohandouts support on steam, the support called me to write to the AdGate support.
I done it. I wrote to the AdGate support, but he doesnt answered me.
Is there any other way how i can get unbanned ?
