Why does it say I do not own CS:GO

Hello, yesterday I made some offers, got my coins wanted to withdraw but it said : "You do not own CS:GO"

And as you can see on my Steam Account, I own CS:GO...
Can you please tell me why it is not working? Would be awesome ! I already sent an E-Mail aswell but I got no answer....

I have almost 50 Hours in CS:GO !!!

Your account looks quite new. All you have to do is play a little more and wait longer cos we dont know the requirements to withdraw/send

Oh, Thats too bad... I really want to withdraw something, guess I have to wait for the 2 weeks that i cant give it back

Our site will register you as a csgo user once it is no longer refundable. If it's not refundable any longer, then play a little more and it should register you as a csgo user, and will allow you to withdraw if you are also able to trade via steam.
