Assuming your main was Solomon, you were timed out(which is a 30 minute chat ban) for spam, you then come to a second account to bitch about it. - This would have been over 29 minutes after your logged out of your main, if you had just left it alone.

Website is perfectly fine. Hundreds of users accessed it, including myself, all day long. Withdraw issues are on STEAM's side of things. HooLiGaN has been told repeatedly that during the time he was experiencing issues, steam was also having issues.
