Hi i betted alot on this site overall and if i got a bann im sure it was fair, or else you wouldnt do it. I only got 40 coins there so it wasnt a big deal., i mean it sucks, it was a good gambling site overall but now im banned. I Didnt know i was exploiting the site and im really sorry if i did, but i see that there are many people who lost alot of coins and i think you should at least give them a warning before bann.
