FAIL TRADE. HELP ME, PLEASE.
Hi, today while I was betting I've got enough coins to get an AK-47 | Frontside Misty
(Field-Tested) but when I sent the offer to my steam account, I didn't liked it so I changed it in the bot trade, and remanded it, but the bot refused my skin attached and I lost my coins. Could you help me with that?

I already sent email attaching some screen prints, and talking about the problem, but no one answered, I am desperate. Please help me..
