I've recently come across the chat rules that were written by Wittmann who I truly respect. However, I thought that they can be improved. The rules I made up have been created based on our website users' opinions that I gathered using the chat - e.g. we must let people ask for coins, otherwise everyone'd be banned in no time; just make sure that they say "please", do it politely and don't spam which is very annoying.

I've created a new set of rules and priviliges that can be viewed below.

Any opinions are much welcome and I'd love to contribute this piece of text to our community.

Chat Rules & Privileges

The following rules and privileges apply to everyone using the website chat and its features and are official as of 16th March 2016.

Rules

1. Take care of writing in sentence case only (lowercase is also allowed; uppercase or caps are denied)
   
2. Do not advertise other websites in your username/in the chat
   
3. Do not spam with the same message over and over again
   
4. Any kind of negative insults towards the members of our community are denied
   
5. Scamming
   
   • Do not ask for coins in exchange for skins; people can use the “Deposit” option to do so
     
   • Do not offer coins or other valuables that refer to other websites than ours when doing giveaways
6. Do not donate coins in low amounts (e.g. 0.01©) multiple times as it's considered as spam. Simply, donate a larger amount of coins at once
   
7. No backseat modding; let the mods do their job and don’t get people annoyed, nobody likes being ordered by someone who’s on the same level as them
   
8. Any insults towards the members of our staff may result in a permanent ban
   
9. Not following the result may result in a verbal warning (1/3), a timeout (2/3) or a chat ban (3/3). The number of warnings/timeouts depends on the frequency of rule-breaking.

Privileges

1. The so-called "begging" for coins is allowed as long as it's polite and is not considered as spam.
   
2. Any kind of in-chat, Twitch, YouTube etc. coins giveaways are allowed as long as they promote you and our website only
   
3. Feel free to contact the members of our staff in the chat or in the “Contact” tab that can be found in the footer of the website
   
4. Remember that it's just another betting website and we do not wish you to have any strong feelings towards it; feel free to speak up in the chat if you lost your coins and our community's members will be more than happy to tell you something that should make you feel better
