Missing 400 GoCoins (Disregarded by both CSGODICEGAME.COM and Persona.ly)
Just to start off this discussion, I would like to state that I have tried contacting Persona.ly two times, yet they disregarded me and removed my tickets. They are of no use, because I was technically "credited." About 2 days ago, I was doing a survey for a total of 400 GoCoins. I finished the survey, but when i went back to csgodicegame to see my total, the site crashed (which was due to a Ddos of some sort). After i reloaded the site many times, i was able to actually access it, and i noticed that I had 0 GoCoins. I checked the status of the offer from Persona.ly, and it was stated as "Credited", meaning that I had received the credits. But, that didn't make any sense because my balance was 0. When i read chat after the ddos, many people were complaining about coins that were lost from jackpots and dice and etc. This leads me to believe that the only thing that could've happened was: I completed the offer and received credits at the time of the crash, which took away my coins. I tried contacting site mods (who didn't take to my problems kindly) and i tried contacting Persona.ly (as stated earlier), and both were futile attempts. So here I am, writing a discussion, and hoping that I could receive some help and my 400 hard earned coins back.

I also had to create this discussion, rather than ask mods via the site's chat for help, because the Moderator (͡ ͡° ͜ つ ͡͡°) told me to create a discussion after chat banning me for 1 hour.

An entirely separate server handles postbacks from ad agencies. So ddos wouldnt't affect it (admin answer).

If you truly "understand" what he just said, it means its your fucking fault for either 1) Not completing the survey properly or 2) Losing the coins you possibly received from the survey itself.

I gave proof of completion (as shown above in first post), and you are able to check my most recent dice rolls and jackpot bets. I never even saw the 400 gocoins in my account, so how in the world would I be able to use them? This is NOT my fault, and don't even bother replying if you are going to use that tone with me. I was writing in response to Wittmann and I solely choose to discuss with him, not you. Good day.

I answered the "What if?" question of yours in my last comment. You can check. I didn't even see the 400 gocoins in my account, like i prievously stated, so how would I be able to use them? And just to add, you are such an uncultured piece of shit. You never try to offer assistance, but you fucking keep making accusations against me, just because you are a lazy sack of shit and can't do your job properly. I contacted Persona.ly twice, i contacted the discussions, and I even tried adding the site owner. This is a game of "Not It" where no one is taking responsibilty for their actions. I don't care who gives me the 400 gocoins, nor how I get them, but let it be known that I am not allowing the thought of not receiving the coins cross my mind once.

Is there a way I could talk to admin? You did all that you could, and I respect that, but if handling coins is not something you do, might I ask to speak with the admin?
