Surveys from AdGate, Email contact and Unhelpful Mods

I've recently had trouble with surveys from AdGate, having 3 of their surveys not pay me. After sending a ton of emails to AdGate themselves, they kept sending me the same email back telling me to provide proof that I've done the survey even though I had multiple screenshots providing proof. After asking your only helpful mod Stig, he suggested I email to see if any help can be given there. I sent the email with everything correct like including steamid64 and nothing, no reply, no help. Today I asked for some help from mods in chat and I got a question of "why?" as a response to I need help from a mod, when I explained how I needed help with their contact email, *poof* all mods disappeared from the website. I'm getting next to no service from the website even though I've been a regular user of this website for around half a year now spending a hell of a lot of time on your website. If I could please have even a fraction of help, I would be more than happy

The problem is we are mods from csgodicegame(.)com no from AdGate.

They are who pay you. If they "send you to hell" the best you can do is no do more surveys for them.

I was said by admin he wouldn't be able to do anything in this case (if they reject pay you).

I have to back Wittman, for obvious reasons..

People choosing to post on the discussions with issues on payments for surveys, are more or less wasting their time.
Even though I might think it's apparent that we don't work for AdGate, or Adscend...maybe it's not for everyone..

Issues with ANY surveys are to be followed up with their Support, which can be found on the tab where you chose your surveys from. Provide them with your problems.

We can only assist you with ways to maybe go about getting points..but that would take too much time trying to help everyone with those problems.

and Stig is a great Mod, who is very helpful to the community :) I'm glad to see others feel that way and show recognition toward him.
I might not talk on the site a lot, but even with my life obstacles I do watch it on and off daily. I don't think Stig sleeps.
