Hello everyone, the following text will explain what this groups is about.

This groups was made to find people for matchmaking in Counter Strike Global Offensive.

Why make a group for that?

Let's face it, Counter Strike is a Team game. Communication and Teamwork is more needed than skill. And when you queue for a competetive match alone, you take a high risk of having players in your team that miss these aspects.
So to avoid people that scream and flame around I created this goup.

How will it work?

My aim is to get as many people in this group that support my opinion.
People that enjoy a coordinated and peaceful match.
I want to get people from every rank in this group.

Finding People for a match

I'm not sure how this will work the best, but so far I thought that this woll work:
-Players join the group
-Everyone makes somehow clear what rank they are
-When you want to find a Competetive match and yet have no one to play with join the Chatroom and ask for other people to play with
--Maybe by saying "Rank and Language" Looking for a match!
-Add each other in steam and "Let's roll 'oll 'oll"

Who is welcome?

Everyone, from every nation, in every skill class.

Who is not welcome?

Everyone that just wants to be "carried" some ranks up.
All flamers and haters, that argue with their own team how "bad" everyone else is.
People that just look for another group to spam their trade offers.
Ofcourse.... Cheaters...

I know it may take some time until this will work, but please be patient if you support the reason of all this.
