What happened to the Linux version?

With the rise in popularity of Linux gaming, many developers started announcing Linux support for their games. Kickstarter, IndieGoGo, Humble Bundle, and even Steam Early Access have seen countless titles having promises of Linux versions. While many do follow through with their promises enough have not. This group is here to curate a list of all the games and developers who have broken their promises of offering Linux versions of their games.

2Dark promised Linux on their crowdsource page but after it shipped said there are no plans for Linux.

The Wild Eight added to Broken Promises List

I didn't even hear of this game until I saw on GamingOnLinux that it was delayed because it's "too hard" for them to port it right now.

Not even going to wait for this one. They promised simultaneous release with Windows and Mac.
