OOPS- forgot to explain... It's BECAUSE we're those "colonials" the only common banner that adequately expresses who we are is the "English Language" Steam total wars group... ENG. like ENG.101 or whatever...
and we're part of the founding "league of nations" in steam TW games...
recognizable from the .: :. cannonballs flanking the tag. (pps- join any UK or GB or UN or whatever other group you like... it's usually the same couple hundred people with different groups of friends (that may or may not get along between them, or play a different mod, or like naval battles, or whatever)

Great question, Hammer... if you're interested in the history of the group- gimme a PM (I added you to "friends")... re- tag/group name... kind of complicated story: bear in mind there are about 50 "English" groups, and several years of "war" including civil war here on steam... look at my "groups" list to get an idea- LoL
Basically, if you can think of a tag- it's being used by somebody, somewhere, in all probability- the .:ENG:. / .:GB:. war caused an infinite number of "splinter groups" from the "fan group/clan" to more "specialized, smaller, ACTIVE, unit-clans" that seem to stay more united IN GAME.
while having a 1200 member clan LOOKS nice, it can be a REAL NIGHTMARE- but if you want I'll send you invites to any/all our "sub-clans"/allies, "units"... just ask:-)
