Just want to put it out there, but other studios are trying to capitalize on the void you guys left with Worlds Adrift. And it's looking like they're gonna make bank. And every single one of these ambitious titles have people commenting about Worlds Adrift. You guys made a cult. And then decided to drink the Kool-aid alone.

Mayyyybe you guys shouldn't have pulled it off the market right as it started to take off..
But what do I know. I'm just one of the hundreds of thousands of people occasionally glancing at the Worlds Adrift page hoping for any signs of life only to see the despair of all of it's fans.

Oh well. Somebody will replace it sooner or later. For better, or for worse. Someone will come along to fill these holes in our hearts.

World´s adrift was your one good game idea and you shut it down, but you then proceed to make EXTREMELY bad games, that doesnt make any sense at all. As a company you should abandon all your games just to revive worlds adrift, it´ll be in yours and everyone elses favour.

why not put worlds adrift back up? i remember seeing a video a couple years ago from bossa saying they shutting the game down because it costs money to run servers. so why not allow players to set up designated servers and a single player option so they can play the game they paid for?

Like many of the people leaving comments here, I am supremely disappointed in Bossa Studios for shutting down Worlds Adrift. I'd like to say that I've been boycotting all their other releases, but the type of content they've been putting out ensures that on its own. This is what it looks like when a company prioritizes quick and easy projects over quality substance.

Congratulations on releasing the first game I ever refunded on Steam. Surgeon Simulator VR is bugged to the unplayable state with no permanent fix (4 years after release). Shame on you

I hope that this company is forever known as the company that let on a thousands of devoted fans only to lie cheat and steal from them instead of turning to them. 6 million and they claimed world's adrift wasn't Viable. Didn't even TRY a patreon or go fund me to keep it going. Nope. Just take our money and run

Luckily I haven't purchased a game from them, yet. I was about to buy Worlds Adrift today only to see they shut down the project without giving any money back to people who invested in it. I think any developer who creates a game, releases it into early access, and shuts it down before full release should have to return the money to those who invested in it. If you go to a game company and present your game to them to invest in, then quit - either they take your game away from you and finish it with a different team or you end up having to fork over the money they invested.

When I see developers do ♥♥♥♥ like this I set all their other games to ignore to stop them from showing up in my feeds. Sorry to all who invested in them.
