Just now I tried a few stuff, i did a quick test with AM weapon and it work, so i try using AM's weapon particle map and give it to PA ( changed the armature to PA's ), theres still X
Edit : I read some forum and they're saying Blender Source importer cant make particle for PA.
Any alternatives?

When I want to import my PA's weap, i realized it needs a particle map.
So I went to make a particle map for her using my weapon base model.
When im exporting it to smd as edges and vertex, Blender error message : Traceback call blabla bla.
So I panicked and select all vertex, I make 1 face using all the vertex and export it. It worked!
I import it and everything looks good in Loadout.
When I level my PA to level 6 ( I upped her ultimate which should be showing the particle),
there's suddenly so many X dispersing and gone and the particle effect is not there.

So, this PA belt require color map of 128H x 256W
I asked here and they told to put the UV to half side of the square, like this?

the map is squeeze when i import it to dota 2 / blender.

I made a cape ( back piece ) for Phantom Assassin.
My cape tris is around 368 and the budget limit is 450.
I checked PA's original model and found it double-sided ( they duplicate it into 2 cloaks facing outward and inward ).

The problem is, my 368 tris cape is only facing outward and it will be invisible if someone zoom it inward. Double siding will double my tris count.

The question is, will valve accept this one sided cape?

Let's say my highpoly 2000 tris, I unwrap it, make a normal from it and AO.
Then I decimate it into 350 tris. If i decimate it, wouldnt the UV placement distorted? and the whole normal map and AO wont fit into the lowpoly UV ?

That thing circled with red, i expected it to be more "light" , i dont have idea why it is so dark when baked

So the question is :
Is it necessary to triangulate my mesh? ( from polygons to triangles )
If no, thats mean I can export my mesh to game with squares / polygons faces ?
