I viewed Blender cookies and HellJumper's intro tutroail, but I am seeking more on how to make curves, slants on one side of an object, and more of the same. Basically I am seeking a tutorial or a person to teach me how to detail an item, instead of relying on stretched objects.

I learned how to use the knife if that counts lol.
