Texture error
So i followed helljumper's youtube tutorial and all but my hat is all black, the soldier got shadings and i even made a texture for the hat and its still black there is all so some random holes under it, anyone know how too fix this? i tryd ctrl+n and that dident work. here's some screenshots:

Thamks for the resspond. odly enoght the error were only in blender and the hat works in tf2 :D

Oh... if it was just a blender thing, then it was probably that you had insufficient lighting in your scene. You can solve that by either adding more lights or simply deleting all of your lights (and the scene will become fullbright).
