Blender odd moving and export prop's

I made this tank for my saxxy award 2013 entry but the amature is all mest up for some reason, this is what happens:

And do anyone know some way to make the smd a mdl whitout the itemtest.exe (since its broken) and the beta inporter only takes misc's and hat's?

Does my old method of compiling not work? Use GUIstudioMDL + the sourceSDK to compile. It's a complicated process, but I explain it in my original video.

The whole sdk is broken for me, none of the programs work (not even hl2 model viewer) and i did the fix just like you did in that tumbnail tutorial D:
