Make sure you are only exporting the hat itself and not the entire scene. Chances are you are exporting the entire scene (which includes the scout model) to a .smd.

Sorry, but don't know which configuration I use in scene,Can you help? please.

Ps: I just want to make clear that I know a few words in English, except that for me it is difficult to identify what you're talking about in the video then so I'm wondering a few things I did not understand, and say thank you for this help =).

For instance, select only your model (in this case the cube) and export it. Do not click "scene as configured". Also make sure that your model is not part of the scout model. If you accidentally merged your model and the scout's model, you will need to separate them (go into edit mode, select your hat, press "p" to separate into a new object).
HellJumper,"Discovering" a strange thing, to take effect my subdivision surface tris back to normal, so do not know how to build a hat without using this modifier.
Never use subdivision in tf2 modeling. There is no reason to.
