moving uvs

so I created a UV map and it was all squished up to one side so i scaled it but then I noticed it did not fit in the uv box anymore how do i fix this

I'm not sure what's wrong. You might need to explain the problem better (maybe show me a picture).

Ill explain it here a bit better ( I was rushing up there) so I scaled up my UVS and they are no longer in that little grid where the UVS are supposed to be and I need to drag it back into the square do you know how to drag or move UVS ill post a picture later if you need one I still dont have that much time right now...
