I've been playing around with blender, editing models and such and I've run into a problem. Thus far all the models I've been using have been perpared for use in SFM by someone else but this one I've put together from the game files itself and the lights are weird as hell when i get it into SFM. The light doesn't seem as bright on the model as on others and, the real joy, affects the model in the exact opposite direction from which is supposed to i.e a light facing the characters front will light up its back. Any ideas?
