TF2 Weapon Baking

Im making a tf2 weapon, and im trying to make the texture so im trying to bake it first, but when ever i bake it, it messes and and some parts are perfect but there are a few spots where the shading is all messed up. Is there a different way to do it for a weapon? IF so what do i need to do?

First of all: Don't waste your time making weapons. They have a 0% chance of getting in.

Secondly: It's probably that some of your normals are flipped. Recalculate your normals (ctrl+N) in edit mode. If that doesn't work, the problem might be that you have overlapping UVs.
