No shadings ingame
Hey, my model does not get any shadings in dota 2. Well i checked the masks and they are all okay, normal map and material are also okay. Is there something else that could cause the problem? I have no idea where to search. This problem is getting really annoying. Would be nice if someone has an idea, ty.

that wont help, i am not making masks for the 1st time, actually i use the same mask style like before, its a weapon which i had already uploaded. Im 100% sure that the masks does not cause the problem. but thanks for the answer :)
cant there be an other reason ?
