Hey, pretty new to DOTA 2 and had a few simple questions about how Workshop submissions work.

I see in the DOTA 2 in-game store that wearable items are sold as sets (At least, I couldn't find any wearables being sold individually...), does this mean that if I wanted to make some wearables with a chance of getting in-game I'd have to make them as a set ? Is submitting individual items futile ?
