Blender, Background Images feature
Today, I learned how to import reference image to background, yes that will help me a lot.
but when I try rotate the view ( Middle Mouse Button ), the background disappeared !
Additional info : I was on NUM7 ( Top Ortho ), I rotated it and changed to User Pers

Background images can only be displayed in orthographic mode. You'll need to go back into ortho to see it.

The alternative is to just create a plane, unwrap it, and then place your image on the plane.
