Not hitboxes, physics mesh.

There are no smoothing groups. Instead, an edge is marked as sharped.

For physics mesh, set smoothing to smooth.

There's also Export Filter that accepts wildcards

i use Blender 3.4 default units are meters
everything stays the same

Unit System must be "None"

These are shapes. You can view them when import model and vta in blender.

Weapon model with armature are imported as separate object and have bones copy pose constraints added that are targetting to playermodel bones

So, is there any option to fix this? (Like moving/deleting model bones) Or should I manually move the model and try to fit it as it is now?

It's not error by design. You just import it separately.
