If not, please open the console (Windows > Toggle System Console) and copy what's in there.

I can't change the way that Blender shrinkwraps vertices. You're just going to have to import better data, or import the shapes onto the correct mesh then make modifications to that.

Importer settings aren't stored so you'd have to check the box every time. Not much of an improvement over deleting an object. :)

Still can't reproduce the problem. What other changes did you make from default settings?

See if you get the same result with a fresh profile. (Move or rename "C:\Users\IINEWMANII\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.69.)

It looks like your files are out of date. Try removing the add-on and installing it again using the instructions on the download page.

Everything works fine in the upcoming version of the exporter. I'll consider this fixed.
