Just fixed this.

Your QC is loading a file called kirklegs.dmx, not kirk.dmx. You also have no idle sequence. Once I fixed those issues the compile succeeded.

This is an issue with your model, not the exporter. This is the line that matters:

ERROR: Too many bone influences per vertex!

You can either fix this in the model or use the exporter's "Weight Link Cull Threshold" setting.

A flex controller can control multiple shapes; see the definition of DmeCombinationInputControl. (You'll need to use advanced flex controller mode, of course.)

I've no idea whether that applies to flexes across multiple studio inputs. You may find that what you want simply isn't supported.

You can copy the error to the clipboard from the system console. Use Window > Toggle System Console in Blender to open it.

Can you upload your blend file, or at least a test case which reproduces the problem?

I'm seeing the problem. I'll fix it when I get a chance.

Someone who imported a model would be quite surprised if exporting the same model silently overwrote the oliginal file. So I make people choose the output folder manually.
