Can possible to make bones(or custom bones) with mods to be exported or you have to manually make every animation(or make custom QC code)?

Is there a list about this.
If not,could you make a link list(& add on main page of Blender Source Tools

How about when export files with custom bones,it can create custom .qc instead the system depended on file path(Like QC path).
