You have to create shape keys in Blender. These will be exported as flexes. If you are exporting SMD you will also have to set them up in the QC file.

So... does anyone know how to create facial flexes in blender? I tried looking it up but cannot find any tutorial for it, and the valve documentation isn't really helpful... is anyone able to run it down for me?
