Well the problem still persists. Got 2.7.5 and 2.5.3 and the qc file still is a pile of mesh. This does not happen in previous versions of blender and source tools. I would like to hear from the program author about this error. I tried to import a dota model because I want to make a weapon, but via qc its just a ball of mesh.

I have blender 2.73 with Source Tools 2.3.1 and I can import a model via qc file (which loads all the parts) without any problems.

I once downloaded Blender 2.74 and the latest Source Tools for that version specifically, but every time I tried to import a models qc file, all I got was a glitchy pile of mesh. Since then, I've stick to 2.73.

Blender 2.75 looks nice, but does the latest version of Source tools fixes this issue? Does it import qc files normally and doesnt turn the models into a ball of mesh?
