i checked and there is nothing in NLA track. i also didnt use nla in the first place so it might be something else.
i had to use v4.2 blender version and the earlier blender source tool to bulk export the animations properly

I have 300+ animations with different keyframe durations. When I export one/bulk export all animations, they got extra static frames/keyframes. Now i have to manually delete the static keyframe data in exported SMD anim file, because of that these files also have the same size.
