Imported animations cause model to become huge and messed up.
Apologies for the stupid question, but I'm stuck. Any time I add an animation to a model, it grows huge. The animation itself works fine, but the model is completely screwed up. Example image at https://files.catbox.moe/0kr021.png. I've also imported the necessary QC files, so that's not an issue.

I've tried with multiple models and multiple animations, all yielding the exact same results.

Extra information: I do not plan to export these models, because they're for a video I've been working on. I also have not created these models, they're ripped directly from official VPK files.

If there are metric or inches measurements enabled, switch back to stock units

If that's not the case, then you somehow import animations for models that are not suited for the animations. Like import fbx model then smd animations, that might not gonna do well.
