Problem with files which I download from http://steamreview.org/BlenderSourceTools/
When I download this file and I try to put this to blender folder I see this http://prntscr.com/5njum4
All the time. I download this like 100 times and eveytime I see this same
Somebody can help?
or give me another way to download this file.

You don't need to open the zip file. Follow the installation instructions on the download page.
