material export help?
i followed this tutorial but he forgot to mention how to export materials

The Blender Source Tools do not export materials. If you're following the same guide as last time, he is still skipping him making materials, just like he says himself.

this is the only compiling tutoril that worked for me, i just need to know how to compile the materials

You don't compile materials, you make (or edit) them.
Google "How to make a material for Source" or something like that.
