I'm pretty new to blender. I've been working on this for whole day, tried to ask what people who use blender think about it but they didn't help, the model shouldn't be bugged, I would appreciate any help
I know there has been like 2 discussion about this problem but none of them helped me

You didn't describe the problem. Is it that no file is exported? That it exports with the wrong filename? That the content of the file isn't what you expected?

You can fix the misnamed export filename by downgrading to Blender 4.4.

I have managed to port the model to SFM with textures, the only problem is that the rigs/model controls are outside the model, (like the location of the model and rigs is ok but they don't overlap) which makes it impossible to animate properly, also when I move the camera too close to model it disappears, but I believe it might not be specifically blender's fault. So basically the location of rigs in SFM and model disappearing are my problems, Sorry for not describing my situation well

Alright but is it possible that blender mismatched location of model bones/rigs while exporting? This would help me a lot if I knew if the problem comes from blender or SFM

The Blender Source Tools plug-in has a confusing feature where it ignores an unparented object's transforms, coupled with a bug where it un-ignores an object's parent's transforms(?).

To work around this, in Blender, in Object Mode, select all objects, press Ctrl+A to open the "Apply" menu to apply transforms, and apply location, rotation, and scale. Then re-export your model from Blender, and re-compile it with Crowbar/StudioMDL.

I think that didn't work, and it's probably due to model itself being bugged in blender, rigs are not working properly, some just don't move when others do, I made a gif so you can have a better look https://imgur.com/a/zNzQvah

The solution to "why is the skeleton so small in Source?" is usually "select all objects and apply the location, rotation, and scale transforms"; if you scale up a model in Object Mode and export it with the Blender Source Tools plug-in, it seems to ignore the scale for bone positions (giving a small skeleton), but take the scale into account for meshes (giving a big/normal-sized mesh that doesn't match up with the small skeleton).
