Help with playermodel bone placement
Hi. I need help with bones placement of foots and hands.
(Maybe it's not on the topic of Blender Source Tools, but maybe there are people here who know how to solve it)

I wanted to port model and came across fact that model hover above ground and that weapons don't correspond to positions of hands. As I understand it, the problem with "ValveBiped.Bip01_Foot" and "ValveBiped.Bip01_Hand" bones: "ValveBiped.Bip01_Foot" location is lower than it should be, and "ValveBiped.Bip01_Hand" has short joints with finger bones (Model hand is small itself).

I tried to put them in the right positions, but this usually leads to a change and damage to model. Are there any ways to fix this without changing position of bones in model?
