What "doesn't show up"?

That error is normally down to having non-ASCII characters in your Windows username. It's a well-known Blender bug.

It's a bit weird that WinRar doesn't support Bzip2 compression, but Blender does so it's not the problem.

My windows username is Baraklava too...xD
Tried extracting the files while having the Zip directly on my C-drive, still nothing. Any more ideas? I'm following the instructions exactly :/

Although since my OS is swedish it translates "/User" in files as "/Användaren" with the not-english letter "ä", would this change anything in how the tools work?

That's probably it. You should be able to work around the problem by extracting the tools to your Blender install directory, assuming that there aren't any UTF characters in that path. You want the scripts to be at Blender\2.69\scripts\addons\io_scene_valvesource\.

Still not working, placed it directly on my C:/ drive and it still says it can't extract the zip in any way :/

Use another archive program. Try 7zip.
