Can't Export After Update

No matter what I do the button stays grayed out. this only happened after I just updated not 20 mins ago. I don't want to have to revert to an old version, but I need to get this work done. Any ideas?

Try closing and re-launching Blender, and then taking a screencap of the whole Blender Screen, not just the non-useful out-grayed button.

Yeah, restarting should fix whatever this is.

If not, please open the console (Windows > Toggle System Console) and copy what's in there.
