how do I get shape keys into S2FM?
I've tried and they don't seem to show up for me.
Also anyone know where I can find patch notes for S2FM?

I think any flexes embedded into the DMX will be loaded into Source 2.
I'm not sure about VTAs and such, though, or if DMXes will even work.

In Source 1 your model had to be using the VertexLitGeneric shader.

So I put a mesh with a single shape key into S2FM, and I can see and move the slider for it, however it does absolutely nothing. I'm 100% sure the shape key is working fine in blender.

The shape key is supposed to make the top and bottom just stretch out. As you can see it does nothing.

The model was exported from blender using blender source tools, with the proper engine path so it makes the proper kind of dmx.

I figured it out.
"morph supported" checkbox here for the material must be on for the shape keys to work.
