You'll also need to redo your rigging. You should have one armature containing all the bones you want, not multiple armatures with one bone each!
I was going to do 1 bone each since vertex animation isn't currently supported in source 2 and I was using the fracture modifier to get a physx animation of the tower falling apart. But since it has to be skeletal and you can't parent a bone to a vertex animation, I was trying this route.
guess ill have to export each object individually if a full rig doesn't work.
