source 2 no position-delta data
im trying to figure out this error for a certain model im trying to port to source 2 (HLA) and i keep getting this error

ERROR: no position-delta data
ERROR: Morph Compile Failed

i can barely find ANYTHING about this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ error, one guy said to just split the model in loose parts then rejoin them and export, it worked for him but it didnt work for me for some reason, WHAT THE ♥♥♥♥ IS THIS THING
