I suck at making UV map
i know i'm bad at using this software.
but this time i really don't see why its messing up, i checked the UV map and i carefully limited it to the edge of the pixel i wanted, but somehow the pixel next to the limit is applied to the model surface.

This is due to the filtering applied to the texture when it's scaled up. It's effectively a blur effect, which means that colours from nearby pixels will bleed over. This is something that the GPU does and is not a bug.

You need to add a margin between your UV islands, or disable filtering in your VTF file.

if i understand, because this is the result from a TGA, i must reduce the size of the UV rectangle ??

ok, this fixed the problem i had with the blur on the edge, but i still get blur between pixel, and i really have no idea why, i searched everyhere i could on the internet ... maybe im doing something wrong ??

If you don't know why, refer to comment #1 of this thread. The one where Artfunkel explains that texture filtering is an entirely intentional feature.

If you want to disable it for a Source engine VTF texture, enable the "Point Sample" flag of the VTF texture file using VTFEdit or such.
If you want to disable it for Blender's viewports, click "File" > "User Preferences..." at the top-left of Blender, switch to the "System" tab, and disable the "Mipmaps" box near the top in the middle column. (I think that doing this will also disable texture filtering.)

Thanks a lot to both of you, is just that i have some problem to understand 100% what peopel say in english, and im a bit dumb
now everything is marvelous :D
