When I try to export a rigged model from blender everything is weighted to the pelvis.
I have a model that has been properly weighted and boned in blender but when it's exported the SMD file has everything weighted to the pelvis which is bone zero in the file if I open it in notepad. This happens to anything I try to export, even one I got of the workshop that I imported then exported again.

When ever I export it the same thing happens. Does anyone know why this is happening?

If you move bones of the armature around in Blender, does the mesh deform correctly in Blender? If it does, then, just to be sure, if you export and then re-import the SMD into Blender in a new session, does it now no longer deform correctly in Blender with non-pelvis bones?
