[ADDED] version 9 of DMX file not suppoted. status checked today.
raise ValueError("Version {} of {} DMX is not supported".format(encoding_ver,encoding))
ValueError: Version 9 of binary DMX is not supported
blender cant import nowadays DMX from hammer

I've added support for version 9 but not released it yet as there are some glitches to work out.

Can you send me a sample of a file that you exported from Hammer?

Clicking the download link only seems to refresh the page. No matter though, I've tested it with my own export of the main Dota 2 map and it seems OK. Some things are in the wrong position but I suspect that's a bug with Hammer's exporter rather than my importer.

If you need to import from Hammer ASAP you can download the very latest version of the tools on GitHub.[github.com]
