Independent bones in animation files
Example: https://github.com/robotboy655/gmod-animations

Importing these animations into valvebiped character results in messed up sequences like bones flying around scene. Studiomdl doesn't really care of misplaced bone hierarchy and handles animations properly. In my opinion, the addon should do same.
